The student experience is our number one priority at GW Boot Camps. As you progress through the course, you’ll probably have questions about the material covered in each class. We know it can be difficult to learn new skills in such a short time, so we’re here to help, every step of the way—through support in the form of virtual office hours, a dedicated #Slack channel, and more. Your instructors, TAs, support staff, and classmates will all be resources for help when you need it.

Student Success

All classes have a dedicated Student Success Manager on site who provides support after enrollment as you prepare for the course, and also plans in-classroom coordination and instructor management.

Communication »

We believe that communication is vital to your success. At GW Boot Camps, we use Slack to allow for constant communication. Slack is an online instant-messaging tool that empowers students to communicate with their peers, instructors, and Student Success Manager at any time.

Feedback »

The importance of student feedback is built into our programs. As a result, we have several feedback channels to ensure that we’re meeting the needs of our students. These channels include student surveys administered at multiple points during each program to collect and analyze student goals, histories, and course feedback, in addition to weekly feedback forms so we can make improvements in real time.

Quality Assurance »

We use advanced technologies to monitor and improve the instruction that our students receive. Our classes are recorded so that we can audit the classroom experience and instructor performance for quality control. This allows for complete oversight of the curricula and the highest level of student support in the industry.
